Soliloquies explores the place of solitude within our lives and as people who generally work alone, artists are exemplars of the need and benefits of solitary reflection. In Soliloquies, selected artists demonstrate through their work, their creative process and understanding of solitude. This is explored further in texts accompanying each work that relate their conversations with the exhibition curator, Yael Filipovic, repostulating a fluid and varied interpretation of what one finds in solitude.
