Two Rivers Gallery is interested in exploring drawing in BC. Noting that there is a wide range of approaches towards drawing, the gallery encourages artists working in any media to submit images and details of up to six drawings. Work will be selected from submissions received to form a group exhibition to open in February 2010.

Guidelines

  • Visual artists can submit images for up to six of their drawings. Please include a statement that addresses each work individually or as part of a group.
  • Work must have been produced within the last three years and should not have been previously exhibited in Prince George.
  • The Gallery will pay fees to artists selected for exhibition and assist with shipping.

What to Send

  • A package clearly marked "DRAWN Exhibition" containing the following:
  • Slides, or good quality photographs, labelled with artist's name, title of work and dimensions.
  • An image list including titles, date of production, medium and size.
  • A brief statement about the work.
  • A current resumé, curriculum vitae or short statement about yourself.
  • A self-addressed envelope stamped with sufficient return postage. Stamps only please.
  • A completed and signed entry form (click here).

Packages that do not include the above may be deemed incomplete and disqualified.

Deadlines

All submissions should be delivered to Two Rivers Gallery no later than noon, 20 November, 2009. Original art will not be accepted at this point, please send clearly labelled slides or good quality photographs.

Exhibition date is February 18th to May 2nd 2010. Subject to change.
